New Life Church

This substantial addition to New Life Church (formerly known as First Assembly of God) adds over 13,700 s.f. of building footprint. The various components within the new structure will be built out in phases. Initially the building will house a large kitchen, indoor café area, and large multipurpose room. Eventually, the building will contain the new worship area, a library, and a second floor with numerous offices and other rooms. With the addition of the second floor, enclosed stairwells will be added to the east and west sides of the building. A new port cochère is slated for the north side of the building at the main entrance.

The site work for the first phase provides a new parking area on the southeast portion of the campus, sidewalks, site lighting, new signage, landscape plantings, and two bioretention basins to offset and reduce stormwater runoff on the overall site.

In the process of developing the site design for the new building, Landmark Engineering saw wisdom in looking ahead to the future build-out of the church campus. Landmark developed a site master plan incorporating both new and redesigned parking layout, an entry courtyard, two outdoor patio areas, a covered picnic structure, both outdoor and indoor play areas, maintenance facilities, and the possible incorporation of other buildings surrounding the site. The master plan will serve to guide and inform future development of the church campus.
